Foundation Waterproofing

This membrane is made from modified bitumen with SBS polymers and a non-woven polyester reinforcement. It is thermally welded to create a durable, waterproof barrier against water and moisture. Commonly used for waterproofing on roof terraces, foundations, and other horizontal and vertical buried walls, this membrane is designed for long-lasting effectiveness in preventing water infiltration.

The liquid membrane, a monolithic solution often made of water and synthetic rubber, acts as an air and vapor barrier. This versatile product is suitable for a variety of construction surfaces, including masonry, concrete, wood, and gypsum. Its application provides effective protection and sealing against air and moisture infiltration, enhancing the durability and integrity of the structures it’s applied to.

Sprayed polyurea membrane is a non-toxic and fast-drying coating, perfect for forming monolithic barriers on a variety of surfaces such as wood, concrete, metal, and polyurethane foam. With its superior mechanical properties and excellent chemical resistance, it is ideal for protecting metal, steel, concrete, and polyurethane foam structures, offering robust resistance against impacts, abrasions, and climatic variations. This membrane is also effective for waterproofing ponds, foundation walls, and tanks in agricultural, industrial, and civil engineering applications, including for water pipes.

The self-adhesive membrane is composed of modified bitumen and has a surface of trilaminar polyethylene fabric. This polyethylene fabric is suited for the use of sprayed polyurethane foam insulation. Its self-adhesive side is protected by a detachable silicone paper or film. It is designed to ensure air tightness and is impermeable to water vapor. This membrane can also be used as an intramural membrane, masonry flashing, transition membrane, and for waterproofing around the perimeter of openings.
