Foundations - Thermowelded membrane

The thermowelded membrane, made of modified bitumen with SBS polymers and a non-woven polyester reinforcement, is thermally welded to create a durable, waterproof barrier against water and moisture. It is often used as a waterproofing membrane on flat roofs, foundations, and other horizontal and vertical buried walls.

Foundations - Liquid membrane

The liquid membrane, a monolithic solution often made of water and synthetic rubber, acts as an air and vapor barrier. This versatile product is suitable for a variety of construction surfaces, including masonry, concrete, wood, and gypsum.

Foundations - Sprayed polyurea membrane

The sprayed polyurea membrane is a non-toxic, fast-drying coating, perfect for forming monolithic barriers on a variety of surfaces such as wood, concrete, metal, and polyurethane foam. With superior mechanical properties and excellent chemical resistance, it is ideal for protecting metal, steel, concrete, and polyurethane foam structures, offering robust resistance against impacts, abrasions, and climatic variations. This membrane is also effective for waterproofing ponds, foundation walls, and tanks in agricultural, industrial, and civil engineering applications, including water pipes.

Foundations - Self-adhesive membrane

The self-adhesive membrane is made of modified bitumen and has a trilaminar polyethylene fabric surface. This polyethylene fabric is suitable for use with sprayed polyurethane foam insulation. Its self-adhesive side is protected by a detachable silicone paper or film. This membrane can also be used as an intramural membrane, masonry flashing, transition membrane, and for waterproofing around openings.

Berlin walls - Blindside waterproofing membrane

The blindside thermowelded waterproofing membrane is a robust solution made of modified bitumen and a composite reinforcement. Its surface is treated with sandblasting, while its underside is covered with a detachable silicone film. This membrane is specially designed for the vertical waterproofing of Berlin walls. To ensure complete waterproofing, the plastic film and transverse overlaps must be thermowelded, either with a propane torch or an electric hot-air torch. This system benefits from the exothermic reaction of curing concrete, enhancing the adhesion between the waterproofing membranes and structural concrete through a superior chemical and mechanical bond.

Berlin walls - Blindside liquid membrane

The blindside liquid membrane is an elastomeric asphalt-based coating designed for commercial waterproofing in applications such as deep slabs, buried roofs, raft foundations on clean slabs, Berlin walls, and complete tanking. Resistant to shotcrete applications, this liquid membrane stands out for its versatility and cold spray application, forming a durable and seamless layer. Compatible with a wide range of surfaces, it excels in its exceptional ability to expand and contract, effectively resisting all weather conditions. Additionally, this membrane can be reinforced with a geotextile fabric for increased resistance.

Deep slab - Thermowelded membrane

The thermowelded membrane, made of modified bitumen with SBS polymers and a non-woven polyester reinforcement, is thermally welded to create a durable, waterproof barrier against water and moisture.

Deep slab - Liquid membrane

The liquid membrane is an elastomeric asphalt-based coating, used for waterproofing in commercial settings, including deep slabs, buried roofs, raft foundations on clean slabs, Berlin walls, and complete tanking. Designed to withstand shotcrete applications, this membrane is characterized by its versatility and cold spray application, creating a durable, seamless layer. It adapts to a wide range of surfaces and stands out for its excellent expansion and contraction capacity, making it particularly effective against various climatic conditions. Furthermore, the strength of this membrane can be enhanced by adding a geotextile fabric.

Building envelope - Self-adhesive membrane

A self-adhesive air and vapor barrier membrane, made from modified bitumen with SBS polymers and a trilaminar polyethylene fabric, is intended for use on walls. This polyethylene fabric is compatible with the use of sprayed polyurethane foam insulation. Its self-adhesive face is protected by a detachable silicone paper or film. This membrane can also serve as an intramural membrane, masonry flashing, transition membrane, and waterproofing around openings.
