Primary responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and facilitate certain meetings with internal teams and clients
  • Validate and communicate the medium and long-term needs of site employees
  • Obtain approval and availability of different products for projects
  • Approve the need for lifting equipment, in coordination with the team leader
  • Develop schedules according to timelines provided by clients, based on contractual needs
  • Coordinate work with team leaders, dispatcher, and client
  • Write or communicate certain requests for product purchases, rentals, permits and/or special training
  • Handle directives, produce and send quotes, and follow up on the receipt of purchase orders
  • Ensure follow-up and adherence to schedules


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar job, or relevant experience
  • Relevant training for the job
  • Proficiency in basic computer software of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced level Excel, essential)
  • Knowledge of various collaborative platforms in construction (an asset)
  • Team player
  • Bilingualism (an asset)
